Yoga Classes

Group classes with Amy all follow the A to Z Yoga method. You will learn how to move your body properly using many different styles of movement, to both prevent and heal injuries. Every class has a different focus and exercises are varied from week to week so you never ever get bored!

If you like to work hard and feel like you’ve really moved your body without injuring yourself, then these classes are for you.
