You’ve had a baby, you’ve made that right of passage into motherhood! Go you! You are amazing! So, why do you feel like crap all the time? Why do you feel like you’re in a different person’s body? and will you ever feel like yourself again??

I can’t tell you how much I understand how you’re feeling! After the birth of my dreams went out the window and ended in an unplanned caesarean I felt like an entirely different person and I didn’t like it AT ALL! Most people will tell you this is normal and it’s just what happens when you become a mum. Well, I am here to tell you that whilst it may indeed be normal, it is not okay and just because it’s normal doesn’t mean there isn’t something that can be done to change how you’re feeling!

If I have managed to change how my body physically feels and looks and how my mind has dealt with the birth of my son then you can change all this too and I will show you how.

Attending our weekly in-person or online Postnatal Yoga classes will get you feeling strong again physically and mentally. You’ll join a group of people who’ve been through or are going through exactly what you are currently experiencing and come out of every class feeling like you’ve regained a piece of yourself again!

You’ll learn specific healing techniques for c-section recovery and gain access to my library of practice at home videos, which includes some of the most important recovery methods post caesarean birth.
