I can’t tell you how much I understand how you’re feeling! After the birth of my dreams went out the window and ended in an unplanned caesarean I felt like an entirely different person and I didn’t like it AT ALL! Most people will tell you this is normal and it’s just what happens when you become a mum. Well, I am here to tell you that whilst it may indeed be normal, it is not okay and just because it’s normal doesn’t mean there isn’t something that can be done to change how you’re feeling!
