This mum and baby yoga class is focused on pampering yourself and sharing a beautiful hour with your bubba. We combine postnatal yoga using the A to Z Yoga method, with fun interaction between you and your little one.
The class will aid you in regaining your pre-pregnancy strength, relieve any current aches, pains and stiffness and provide your baby with a great sensory and learning experience through massage, core strengthening and observation.
We are open and happy for you to do whatever you need during the session, be it feeding, changing, allowing your little one to move around freely, and maybe even take a nap yourself! this means non crawlers/walkers and crawlers and walkers are welcome. we also love dad’s to join us too!
I encourage you to bring baby wearing gear with you as we often include this in the sessions.
Due to covid-19 we unfortunately cannot provide equipment and therefore, you will need to bring your own mat, blanket, and baby wearing gear. We will be social distancing in the class, which means numbers are limited and booking is essential.
